How do I place an order?
Open a product, choose the size, color and quantity, then add it to your cart and check out. No account is needed. We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, or a transfer to our bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account. For transfers, choose the account at checkout and upload a screenshot of your receipt. Card payments are coming soon.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Any delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order. Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days depending on your city.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Some items, like rollers and brush strip, have a minimum order shown on the product page. Most handles, locks and profiles can be bought as a single piece.
Do you offer wholesale rates?
Yes. For large or repeat orders, send us a message below or on WhatsApp with the products and quantities and we'll share a quote.
Can I return or exchange a product?
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange an exchange.
