Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you browse this website or order from us. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them first. If anything is unclear, contact us before you order.

• We sell aluminium window and door hardware, such as rollers, handles, locks, hinges and profiles.
• Product pictures show what the item looks like, but colours and finishes can look slightly different on your screen. Check the size, colour and details on the product page before ordering.
• Not sure which part fits your window or door? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll help before you order.
• Products shown as Out of stock can't be ordered until they're available again.

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and are per piece unless the product page says otherwise.
• Bulk prices: many products are cheaper per piece when you order more. The product page shows each price and the quantities it applies to, and your cart uses the right price for the quantity you choose.
• Minimum and maximum orders: some products have a minimum order, and some a maximum per order. These are shown on the product page.
• A delivery charge may be added at checkout, and can be free above a certain order total. You'll always see it before you place your order.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price changes while items are in your cart, we'll ask you to check your cart before ordering.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we'll contact you before sending the order, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

• When you place an order you'll get an order number, on screen and by email if you gave your email address. Keep it to track your order.
• We confirm every order with you by phone or WhatsApp before sending it. Your order is accepted once we've confirmed it.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was wrong, a payment can't be confirmed, or we can't reach you on the number you gave. If you already paid, we'll refund you in full.
• Please give a correct mobile number and full delivery address. We can't be responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready.
• Bank / wallet transfer: send the order total to the account you chose at checkout (bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or another listed account) and upload a screenshot of the receipt. We send your order once we've checked the payment has arrived.
• Card payment is not available yet.
• Never send money to an account that isn't shown at checkout. If someone asks you to, contact us first.

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by city, courier and season.
• We'll keep you updated on your order, and you can check its status anytime on the Track order page.
• Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the box is badly damaged, tell the courier and contact us straight away.
• If delivery fails because we couldn't reach you or the address was wrong, we may charge the cost of sending it again.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace the item or refund it, at no cost to you, including any delivery needed to put it right.

• Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong part? You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, not fitted, and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange it.
• For these returns, you pay the delivery cost of sending the items back.
• We can't accept returns of items that have been fitted, cut or altered, or that were cut or made to your measurements.
• Once we receive and check returned items, we'll exchange them or refund you. Refunds are sent by bank or wallet transfer within 7 working days.

You can cancel free of charge until we send your order. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If you already paid by transfer, we'll refund you in full. Once an order has been sent, the return terms above apply.

• We welcome honest reviews of products you bought or used.
• Reviews appear once we approve them. We may not publish reviews that are offensive, misleading, off-topic, include personal information, or advertise something else.
• By posting a review, you let us show it on this website.

• Our products should be fitted by someone with the right skills, such as a fabricator or installer. We aren't responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, or using a part for something it isn't made for.
• As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law of Pakistan.

• The text, pictures and logos on this website belong to SA Aluminium. Please don't copy them without our permission.
• How we use your information is explained in our Privacy policy.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
